Agri-tourism can create opportunities for farmers to generate income and strengthen the family farm and its connection to the public. Speakers from the Cabarrus County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Rowan County Tourism Development Authority will discuss Agri-tourism and how it can benefit farmers and public alike as well as helping to preserve the rural landscape of NC.
This is a joint meeting of the RCCC Agripreneur Academy & Network, CCFFC, and Lomax Farm. The meeting will be held this Thursday, August 16th from 6 to 8:00 pm. at Lomax Farm, 3345 Atando Road, Concord. There is no cost to attend.
