Sustainable Film Screening October 11th

CCFFC is excited to announce their first-ever film screening. “Sustainable is a film about the land, the people who work it, and what must be done to sustain it for generations.” The film showcases agriculture issues facing farmers today such as soil loss and pesticide use, as well as communities coming together to overcome challenges. CCFFC, in partnership with Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Agripreneur Academy & Network, Extension Master Gardeners of Cabarrus County, and Concord Wildlife Alliance, will host the screening on Thursday, October 11th at 5:30 pm at the Davis Theater, 65 Union St., Concord. Admission is free; however, preregistration is required at the link. There will also be a raffle at the event.
