Food is Medicine Part II

We had such an overwhelmingly positive response to Food is Medicine Part I with Chef Allison, we have added a Part II.

Chef Mark Allison will continue his presentation on how whole foods helped his family through two chronic illnesses: diabetes and cancer. Attendees will also learn: simple steps to improve eating habits; basic cooking techniques; exercise modification; and new recipes.

Returning and new audience members are welcome. However, preregistration is required and has been capped, so early registration is recommended.

Raffle:   We will have a small raffle with a few items to help us offset the meeting cost. It will be cash only for those who wish to participate.

Food Collection: We ask those who can to bring a few non-perishable food items to the meeting.
